also how do u get all the ground crews to interact with ur plane during the game, as well as how can u get the plane connected to the boarding bridge?

i was really wondering how can u make a movie, and also, where did u get all the add ons as well as how do u change the AI aircraft from the defult airliners to a real life airliner company such as qauntas or lufthansa?
any help will be good.
